NOAREO is a membership based organization serving a population of Americans in Northeast Florida who have felony convictions whose successful re-entry is negatively impeded by civil disabilities and corporate policies that limit their ability to become self-reliant and live the American dream.
Our mission is to have positive social impact by holistically transforming the re-entry process and rethinking delinquency prevention.
