Beginning with the end in mind means we must have vision and faith in a powerful source that coupled with our effort and dedication enables the collective to achieve such vision.

According to our by-laws each member of the board of directors must confess that they believe in God or a higher power. This is important because anyone can have a winning idea or strategy and begin with the greatest of intentions but without guidance by wisdom, justice and equality the agenda of misguidance can eventually take things off course. 

It is our sincere intention to execute our mission so well that we find ourselves obsolete within 20 years based on our present agenda. 

We intend  to reduce recidivism and delinquency by within 15 years of working in each jurisdiction by holistically transforming the reentry process and delinquency prevention.

Using evidence base models and the input of experienced subject matter experts we use the four pillars of our organization to execute our mission and have positive social impact by holistically  transforming the re-entry process and rethinking delinquency prevention.

Why holistic? The data shows that isolated services have limited impact and in order to have enough impact to reverse trends we must address 

root causes and the evidence from such organizations as the US Justice Department and the Aspen Institute tell us that holistic approaches must be adopted and evidence from such applications show us that wraparound services must be strategically applied in order to achieve sustainable results when serving children and adults.

In fact when serving children in an holistic and sustained manner we can only apply wraparound services if we intend to be successful and wraparound services thus lead us to serve the adults that responsible for the children that we seek to dissuade from delinquency.
