Stream Academy is designed to engage students beginning in the fourth grade.We intake students into the program at grades four through six however we work with the students and their families until the student successfully completes their first year of college.We understand that families as the structural environments in which students are raised account for the predominance of time where they spend their formative years which lends to character development and serves as the undergirding that supports or detracts from the meritorious matriculation through a child's academic career and therefore must be addressed in a holistic manner when tending to the deficiencies in academic performance. Aligning with the Department of Children and Family Services and Departments of Education and School Boards NOAREO takes research and evidence from august bodies to innovate new approaches that provide effective solutions that have positive sustained social impact.
